The Ops Agent.
Live CargoWise, inside Outlook.
For the operations executive whose inbox fills up with customer status emails all day. Hover any shipment reference, get the answer. One click drafts the reply.
Six jobs to be done.
Everything the Ops Agent does maps to a question your team already answers a hundred times a week.
"Where is shipment X?"
Hover the HBL / MBL / MAWB / job number anywhere in an email. The task pane shows status, POL, POD, vessel, voyage, ETA, ETD, ATA, ATD, pieces, weight, volume, commodity, incoterm — pulled live from CW1.
"What's the container status?"
Each container shows the six journey dates: empty pickup, wharf gate-in, loaded, discharged, wharf gate-out, empty return. The information your customer actually asks for, in one row.
"Draft me a reply"
One click. The AI reads the email, looks up every shipment mentioned, drafts a professional reply in the email's own language. 7 languages. The right eDocs (HBL, invoice, packing list…) are detected and attached automatically. Edit, copy, or insert.
"What's about to cost us money?"
Every shipment flags its deadlines — detention, storage, export cut-offs (Docs/SI, CTO, CFS, VGM) — overdue in red, approaching in amber. Admins add their own rules with no code: a milestone must hit actual, a field must be filled, or an eDoc must be uploaded by ETD/ETA ± N days. One click marks an alert handled.
"What needs action today?"
One click summarises the whole inbox — each email gets a one-line gist and the single next action ("send the updated ATD to the shipper"). Shipment refs are auto-tagged with a live status badge, and you can draft a reply inline.
"What did we just spend AI on?"
Per-user, per-tenant usage tracking — AI calls, chat calls, reply calls, prompt + completion tokens. Export CSV for billing or internal review.
How it works.
No second tab. No browser plugin. No copy-paste.
You open an email
Customer asks about a shipment. The Ops Agent button sits in your Outlook ribbon — desktop, web, Mac.
The shipment opens
The pane detects every HBL / MBL / MAWB / job number in the body and looks each one up against your eAdaptor Next feed.
You reply with one click
AI Reply drafts a response using only the shipment data on screen. You edit if needed, hit send.
In Outlook is the moat.
"AI for freight" is a crowded category. CargoCube is the only one living inside the operations executive's inbox, reading the email, and pulling live CW1 data on hover.
| In your Outlook | Sees CW1 data | Drafts the reply | 3-min install | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CargoCube · Ops Agent | ✓ | ✓ live via eAdaptor | ✓ grounded | ✓ |
| Raft / Reform / Expedock | — | ✓ (their UI) | — | — |
| Sedna / replace-Outlook tools | — (new inbox) | — | — | — |
| Outlook Copilot / Superhuman AI | ✓ | — (no CW1) | ✓ but ungrounded | ✓ |

Workflow-automation platforms (Raft, Reform, Expedock) are great at what they do — they extract data out of emails into your TMS. They don't help the human typing a reply right now. CargoCube does the opposite, and the two can coexist.
Security & data flow
Your shipment data never lands in a CargoCube database. Responses are processed in-memory and returned to the user's browser.

back to the task pane - No data retention. Shipment responses are processed in-memory and returned to the user's browser. We do not store them.
- No model training. Azure OpenAI runs in a no-training configuration — prompts are not retained or used to train models.
- Per-domain enforcement. Each tenant API key is locked to one or more email domains. Outside users physically cannot use a leaked key.
- HTTPS end to end with valid certificates signed by Cloudflare. OAuth + JWT client assertion against eAdaptor.
