Most teams go from first call to live add-in in under a week. We do the hard parts; you bring the CargoWise admin and the M365 admin to one 30-minute call.
30-minute scoping call
We confirm your CargoWise enterprise / server / company codes, which user domains should be allowed, and what languages your ops team needs.
eAdaptor + cert setup
We issue a Certificate Signing Request for OAuth into your CargoWise. Your CW1 admin signs it; we configure the rest. Usually a half-day on your side.
M365 install on a call
We screen-share with your Microsoft 365 admin and walk through the install live. Three minutes once we get to the right screen. Roll out to the whole org, or just a pilot group.
Pilot users get the key
Your ops team's Outlook gets a CargoCube ribbon button within a few hours. We provide the tenant API key for them to paste once.
14-day pilot
Full functionality, no AI cap, no commitment. Per-user usage analytics from day one. We check in twice during the pilot.
Decision day
Continue on Pro / Network — or walk away, no awkwardness. If you continue, all future code updates ship automatically. Zero IT work after install.
