- Outlook add-in distribution via Microsoft 365 admin centre (centralized deployment to your whole org or a security group).
- eAdaptor Next OAuth integration against your enterprise's CW1 endpoint. We issue the CSR; you upload the signed cert to CargoWise.
- Automatic version updates — every UI/code change ships to your users on next task-pane open. Zero IT action.
- No data retention. Shipment responses are processed in-memory and returned to the user's browser.
What's not included
- CargoWise One. You bring your own CW1 instance and enable eAdaptor Next on it.
- Outlook / Microsoft 365. Your users need an M365 mailbox; the add-in is centrally deployed by your admin.
FAQ
Is there a per-user fee? No. One price covers every user on your allowed email domains.
How is "active user" measured for the Starter plan? A user who opened the task pane at least once that calendar month.
What about the free pilot? All Pro contracts start with a 14-day pilot at no charge — full functionality, no AI quota cap, no commitment. Billing only starts on day 15 if you continue.
Can I see usage before I commit? Yes — the admin portal exposes per-user AI call counts and token usage from day one of the pilot. We export CSV on request.
What happens if we exceed the Pro AI quota? We don't rate-limit the Pro tier in normal use. If your monthly spend on AI looks abnormal (>10× the average forwarder of your size), we'll reach out before bills change.
What about multiple CargoWise instances? Each CW1 instance is one tenant key; you can either contract per instance, or negotiate a single Network plan covering all of them.
